For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember: your insurance plan is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

To assist our patients with long-term financing options, we are contracted with three outside financial institutions: Care Credit, Citi Group and Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union. These methods of financing require completion of very basic applications. Just ask us for details.
