Meet The Doctor
Ian Barwick, D.M.D.
Dr. Ian Barwick graduated from Colgate University, Hamilton, NY, in 1970. He received his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston in 1979, and has practiced full time in Dracut since 1981.
Over the years, Dr. Barwick and his team have always committed themselves to practicing state-of-the-art dentistry. The office now uses many of the latest technological procedures available in dentistry, including intra-oral cameras, ultrasonic tooth cleaning, porcelain veneers and crowns, and laser detection of tooth decay. In addition, his office uses the most medically advanced equipment to guarantee the highest standards of sterilization procedures.
In addition to working full-time in the Dracut practice, Dr. Barwick spends many hours each year taking continuing education courses. This enables him to bring back to our patients the most current knowledge in the field of dental medicine. He participates in ongoing post-graduate dental education at the prestigious L.D. Pankey Dental Institute in Florida, where he continues his professional development.
He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Merrimack Valley Dental Society, and is a past president of the Greater Lowell Dental Society.
